|Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies|
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from eccocionline.com or lefhonline.com, you have 21 days from receipt to return or exchange your selection(s).
-PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR ORDER MAY SHIPPED FROM MULTIPLE LOCATIONS. PLEASE ALLOW 7-10 DAYS TO ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED ALL PACKAGES.
-CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD BILL WILL EITHER SAY: -ECCOCI OR LIMITED EDITIONS FOR HER, if shipped from multiple locations, you will see more than one charge since we charge the items individually.
-ALL CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE!-NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON THESE ITEMS. -Merchandise MUST be in new condition with all tags attached. -Refunds will be credited back to the original form of purchase only. -Returns are only accepted through the mail system, they cannot be made in any of our store locations. -Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice or receipt. Sorry, no exceptions. -We will refund only the amount paid for the merchandise, shipping or other fees will not be refunded UNLESS we have made an error in shipping. -Shipping the merchandise back will be the responsibility of the customer. -Before you make a return or exchange, you must contact LEFH ONLINE and request a return authorization number. To receive your items within the desired timeframe, we recommend the following guidelines:
BASIC DELIVERY-$10.00: Your order will be processed within approximately 4 to 7 business days to all continental U.S. addresses, following credit card authorization and payment verification.
QUICK DELIVERY-ADD $10.00 TO OUR BASIC SHIPPING FEE: For orders placed prior to 2PM EST Monday-Friday, your order will be delivered within 3 business days(excluding holidays) to all continental U.S. addresses, following credit card authorization and payment verification.
OVERNIGHT DELIVERY-ADD $25.00- Your order will be delivered in 1 Business day (next business day, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) to all continental U.S. addresses, following cedit card authorization and payment verification.
* Orders placed by 2pm EST Monday-Thursday will ship that day to arrive the next business day. * Orders placed Thursday after 2pm EST will arrive Monday. * Orders placed Friday before 2pm ESt will arrive Monday. * Orders placed after 2pm EST Friday will arrive Tuesday.
Overnight delivery is not available for Alaska or Hawaii. Hawaii & Alaska-ADD $25.00 TO OUR BASIC SHIPPING FEE: You will receive your order within approximately 7 to 14 business days (Monday-Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and payment verification.
**Please note UPS does not ship to P.O BOXES.
